Thank you for the email inviting me to give you remote access to my PC, However, as I am treasurer for a number of not for profit community organisations I am reluctant to give anyone that acces, It appears that the issue is between my Email service provider (iprimus) and Outlook2010 as webmail for the same account works ok. I will happily co-operate with any remedial sugestions from you that I can impliment on my PC, else I will just have to disengage VPN when sending emails
Could you let us know if you followed the instructions provided in our previous post & configured the SMTP settings on your Outlook program? If you haven't, please refer to this article to configure them. Once you've made the necessary SMTP changes, restart your computer & check if the issue persists. Keep us updated.
