LICENSE ERROR - AVG does not recognize license

I need help. My AVG does not recognize my license, no matter WHAT I DO. I did the license fix many times, and it did not work. When I do enter my license, it says that it's valid, but when I activate it, my AVG just does not recognize it. My license does not expire til this November. Please help.

I would request you to first contact our sales support via https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l= and they will assist you to first locate your account and then will transfer you to technical chat support for installing your product. Actually, I created this account, because I couldn't remember my password to my old one, and I haven't gotten any email to request a password change. The email you would like to check for a purchase record is herpderpumad@hotmail.com

I actually don't remember which email address I even used when I purchased my AVG license years before anymore. I'll just post the license that doesn't work anymore:
