Re-activate license

Dear,

I had to re-install AVG, because my AVG suddenly didn't recognize my license anymore. I deleted AVG from my laptop and installed the latest version, which I donwloaded from the following link: www.avg.com/eu-nl/download

I now have a trial version, but I want to re-activate my license. I bought a 2 year license for 'AVG-Antivirus Professional Single editon' in October 2014. I can't find where to re-activate my license. I only see the option to buy a new license. The look-and-feel of AVG is totally different from my previous version (2013), it's called AVG Zen now.

Where can I re-activate my license in this new UI. The instructions in the e-mail with my code says that I have to click on 'options'. However, I don't see the option to re-activate when I click on options.

Can you please help me with this issue.

I looked up my subscription in my avg account. When loggin in Ican see in 'My order history' that I bought a 2year license 1 year ago. But in my current subsciptions this is not visible.

Hello I have very similar problem.. I was forced to reinstal my OS and woth this I lost my AVG protection what I bought 2 weeks ago.. I saved my licence number but didnt know about some AVG account. Is it possible to got that licence back if I give you my bank acc and email? I thing that this is  unfair against me.

Hi Alan,

I'm quite sure that I selected the 'betaalde versie'. Do you have any idea how I should proceed now? Because I can't find the option to activate my existing license.

Ok I see, maybe I installed a wrong version. I'll try deleting the current version and re-install the 'Antivirus' version. Because they are not compatible.

Hi Jorge,
While verifying your account we found out that you have purchased our legacy AVG programs, I kindly request you to look at your " products" tab of your AVG My account, to locate your products under your account. If not please follow the instructions provided by Alan so that you can retrieve your license.

I have the same problem. I have just switched to win10 from win7.
After installing the free version, i can't seem to find option to re-activate.

Product: isc.3.4.0.24
License expiration date: 2018/04/03/
