Can't install AVG Protection

Then i try to install AVG it says, Failcode 0xE001003D What to do? I have tried to restart my computer and download the installer a couple times

I am having a similar problem with my AVG antivirus 2015. Tried installing today and I continued recieving errors. Failcode 0xC0070643. Description: Event_exec finished.

Hi Keaton!

Did you use the tool remover? There may be settings that provents something in AVG to install fully. The tool remover did the trick for me. You reboot, then install fresh again.

There is no antivirus or other AVG products installed then i try to install it

 I got help over live support they got it working.
I have tried Jonas way and that didn't help me.

I am also having the same trying to install AVG Interent 2017 (Error Code 0xE001003D)  I have tried using te latest AVG remover and it just runs and runs.

Hello Bradley,
We are sorry to hear that. We suggest you try this steps and see if that fix this installation issue.
Download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.

Open tool
User Account control - click "Yes"
Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compability)
Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
Click "Uninstall"
Click "Restart computer"

After restart, run AVG Remover and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework,...).
Open AVG_Remover.exe (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe)
User Account control - click "Yes"
Click "CONTINUE"
Select all products, and click "Remove"
Click "Restart" and restart PC
If is displayed dialog window (Open file – Security Warning) after restart, click "Run" and let AVG Remover remove traces
If is AVG Remover asking for restart PC, restart PC again
After that please try to download a new installation file and try
