Please run the AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to check whether you could find any previous installation of AVG PCC TuneUp program on your PC, If so please uninstall the program and once uninstalled please install the program using the offline installation file based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit).

I am currently using AVG Internet Security Pro and AVG PC Tune Up.
I have attempted to install 4 times but continue to get the message below:

Before installing this AVG Ultimate were you using the trial version of AVG PC tuneup program?
I had some problems before and the AVG Remover tool did work fine for me before. I had to use it again and worked well again, also used some other of your suggestions.
