Installing

Hi,

I have installed AVG internet security & AVG PC tune up, I have used the free internet security for years with no troubles but I though I would try the brought one for better protection...

Basically I have installed it but it says that an update is required on Computer box & web box, it says at the top that I am not fully protected! I have tried updating it but then it says I need to finish installation, when I try to install the online sheild (from the web browser box) it looks like it's doing it but then it flashes up that something else is installing?

Hoping someone can help as I am going round in circles!!
