Can't log into AVG MyAccount

I installed software and when tryong to log on @ the AVG Zen screen, "Log into to AVG MyAccount," I keep getting "We could not Log you in. Please try again later."  This means I can't access Protection Pro, Performance Pro, Privacy & Identity, and Web Tune Up screens from app.  I can log into AVG My Account from web.  I installed AVG Protection 2015 Unlimited/2 years.  I am assuming I need to upgrade to "Pro" to get to those additional features but the software says nothing about that on the box or the "error message."  Am I correct?

I request you to please uninstall AVG Protection using AVG Remover tool and reinstall it.
