Errorcode 0xE0010045 Windows 10

I just downloaded the AVG software because my IT people said that it was what they use.   I ran the perfomance tool and then tried to Fix It.  I tried to download the Tune Up and I received the above error.   Not sure what I can do to download and fix the issue.   Please advise.  Thanks!

it was the trial version.  thank you.   then I'll see about getting the paid version.

so even though there is an option to download a trial version I cannot?   so I can't see how well this will work?   That isn't a resolution to my issue.

Hello Jane.
Well, it was just a suggestion as you have mentioned to try out the paid version. We will help you fix this issue for you.
We request you to follow the steps below and check if it fixes the issue for you.
Please click this link http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool which will remove all the bad traces of AVG in registry and restart the pc. After the restart, proceed with the reinstallation and you will be good to go.
