Error code: 0xE0010045

I can't install this program on my computer. I am running Window 10 and the system is new. What do I need to do to install? The Zen program installs and the privacy & id installs but it will not install the performance.

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please run AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall the previous installation of your AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled please follow the instructions on the article http://avgread.me/1If7pzz to reinstall your AVG program.
