AVG anti-thift

After a upgrade on AVG free i got this anti theft.  i was to change my sim card and my phone are now locked. no  password can  open the phone. i tried to log in  to my account on my pc,but it says i don't have an account.   so how can i open my phone?

Camilla, Don't know if this will help?.. Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/LockedPhone). Otherwise, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

  i don't have the lost password button. the only thing that shown is that its locked, eather stolen or lost. and my email account.         and when i log in to my accont on AVG  it says it cant find any devise.     I also have sent a mail,but not yet any mail back...

Hi All,

I have the same issue happened to me today! just as I landed in NL, got new sim card, when added on my phone z3 dual, and changed place of previous sim got this lock screen with no option as lost password!!

I have tried several suggestions online but all failed! please can you help?!
