We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please run the  AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled please follow the instructions on the article http://avgread.me/1czW57x to reinstall your AVG program.
