Downloaded back in June, now not working. I've tried re-downloading but get error code 0xC0000135. Have also tried removing AVG with the remover tool and downloading again, but still get error code. Please help!! TIA

yes I followed the steps listed, even deleting the folder manually, then reinstalled to have the same error message.
