0xC0000135 Error Code

Downloaded back in June, now not working. I've tried re-downloading but get error code 0xC0000135.
Have also tried removing AVG with the remover tool and downloading again, but still get error code.
Please help!! TIA​

It's the AVG Anti-Virus, and the OS is Windows 64-bit.

No I purchased the antivirus in June. Had some laptop issues so had to reinstall last month, which worked. Now it won't let me re-download

Okay, Holly, in this case, we request you to run our AVG remover tool once and then install the AVG antivirus program.
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I've completed everything listed, but I'm still getting the error message of a failed installation and error code   0xC000135.

I have same problem as Holly. I am trying to install AVG on a new computer. I get the message: Error: 0xC0070643

yes I followed the steps listed, even deleting the folder manually, then reinstalled to have the same error message.
