M.S Teredo Tunneling Adapter

Earlier in the process of tuning up it has shown that the M.S Teredo Tunneling Adapter has stopped working. Shall I remove/disable it as it is not working and may harm to my computer performance?

Hello Ashutosh. Thank you for the information. I would request you to download and install the latest windows updates if any available. If that does not work, please follow the instructions below.

Hello Ashutosh. I would request you to go to Device manager, under "Network adapters", please check the status of your Microsoft Teredo Tunneling adapter. Also please let me know which version of Windows Operating system you are using and do you have any error message on the status of the adapter in Device manager.

Thanks Avinash. Your advise worked seamless. M.S Teredo Tunneling Adapter is working now.
However, one question. This adapter is shown (in the registry) as 32 bit. But my O.S Win 7 SP1 is 64 bit. Why & how the adapter works without conflict?

Hello Ashutosh. Gald to hear that your issue is not sorted. Most programs designed for the 32-bit version of Windows will work on the 64-bit version of Windows.

I followed these steps, but I couldn't find "Disabled Components" in the registry.
