How do I remove a virus that AVG won't detect?

I have a virus on a Windows 7 computer running AVG Cloudcare with the latest updates.  As soon as the computer is connected to the Internet, there are a bunch of svchost.exe processes that start connecting to hundreds of locations on the Internet and bring down the Internet connection for the entire company.  \

I have done several rootkit scans and full computer scans, but AVG says the computer is clean.  I downloaded malwarebytes as well, but again it doesn't find anything.

I've tried to use Sysinternals Process Monitor to determine what is starting all the svchost instances, but I haven't had any luck with it.

I can't get ahold of cloudcare support, so I thought I would try a post here.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Kent, Have you tried calling 866-833-5727 or email jamie@avg.com?....
No AV product is capable of providing you with 100% protection although AVG are always working 24/7.

I know that no antivirus can detect 100%, but most want a sample of the virus if it's not detecting it.  I thought this would be a great opportunity for that, but I can't get ahold of anyone.  I just emailed jamie@avg.com, and I'll see if I get a response.

If you know where these suspicious files are, you can submit them here http://www.avg.com/submit-sample
