JUST FOR MORE FEEDBACK ON THIS PROBLEM , THERE IS A " X " RED X MARK SHOWING ON THE VOLUME ICON ON THE SCREEN BELOW ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE

I TRIED UNINSTALLING MY AVG PC TUNE UP VERSION AS THE LAST OPTION BUT IT STILL DID NOT HELP TOO

ANY GUIDANCE ON THIS WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL

THANKS AVINASH ..THAT SOLVED MY PROBLEM HOWEVER WHILE RESTORING IT DID STATE THAT THE ANTIVIRUS IS HINDERING AND NEEDS TO BE DISABLED.
SO I DID REMOVE THE AVG ANTIVIRUS AND AVG TUNE UP, AND AFER THAT THINGS WENT SMOOTH.
PLEASE DO ADVISE ME IF I NEED TO RE-INSTALL BOTH THE ANTIVIRUS AND TUNE UP ONCE AGAIN.
