THANKS AVINASH ..THAT SOLVED MY PROBLEM HOWEVER WHILE RESTORING IT DID STATE THAT THE ANTIVIRUS IS HINDERING AND NEEDS TO BE DISABLED. SO I DID REMOVE THE AVG ANTIVIRUS AND AVG TUNE UP, AND AFER THAT THINGS WENT SMOOTH. PLEASE DO ADVISE ME IF I NEED TO RE-INSTALL BOTH THE ANTIVIRUS AND TUNE UP ONCE AGAIN. I TRIED UNINSTALLING MY AVG PC TUNE UP VERSION AS THE LAST OPTION BUT IT STILL DID NOT HELP TOO
