avg msi error 27046

trying to install 2015 free on windows 7 and repeatedly fail with above msg.  tried windows uninstall of 2014 and avgBFE fix. avg uninstallers say 2014 is not on machine now, but failed installs continue 8x now.

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using SysInfo (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) tool and please add detailed description of the issue.
