Procedure entry point

when staring up error message "procedure entry point AvgLibCryptocleanup could not be located in the dynamic link library avgntopennsslx.dll". I am not able to open avg 2015

Hello, I have a number of AVG products but as it happens when my computer is just finishing loading the desktop, I believe it is Internet Security 2015.

Hello Robert. Sorry to hear that. Thank you for providing the information. Avgntopensslx.dll is a type of DLL file associated with AVG Internet Security developed by AVG Technologies CZ, s.r.o. for the Windows Operating System. A Uninstallation and reinstallation of the AVG Internet Security program would fix this issue. Please follow the below mentioned instructions:

1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:For 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.

3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
