3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually. To uninstall AVG Zen please use control panel.

As per our record you have purchased the AVG Ultimate program. To download, install and activate the AVG Ultimate program please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/19OHofR. If the issue persists please do us know. Thank you.

Hi
I have tried again as requesteed above after seeing a similar post with similar suggestion, however this did not work for me.
I have 4 PC's running AVG, 3 have similar problem's 1 works ok, The 3 that don't run Anti-rootkit are running 32 bit  windows 10 the one which is ok is a 64bit running 64bit windows 10.
I have found that if i untick scan rootkit of windows drivers all other scans ok, However if i manually run Anti-rootkit for windows drivers it fails after 11 % and just haggens until closed. thats the same on all 3 machines, but each stops on a different driver i.e "windwows/system32/drivers/tunnel.sys or ndiswan.sys or condrv.sys. and others.

Regards Mark
