Is PC Tune, part of the package for Premium Security 2014? or they seperate products?

Is PC Tuneup, part of the package for Premium Security 2014?  or they seperate products?  It does contain 'quick tune' but not sure if thats the same product?

After running AVG Tuneup my system began getting the blue screen failures.  I never purchased the product, the errors came up after the 1st free trial.  I hesitated buying it and for another week I was irritated with malware like popups asking me to buy the product.  Next I uninstalled AVG PC Tuneup and my problems went away.
