Anyone heard of Smartfiles?

Sorry, Smilefiles.  I was looking for a Process Capibilty Template for Excel and that came on my search. As soon as I clicked on the link, it of course downloaded and I was temporarily stupid enough to run the file hoping it was what I wanted.  It seems to be a nice piece of malware that gives you all kinds of awesome popup ads and such.  I scaned it with AVG and it diddnt come up as bad.  I still did my best to delete it off my computer including the extra programs it also installed I belive was giving me the popups.

I recommend start with uninstalling all unknown/unused programs and browser addons.
