password reset

Hi,

I forgot my Security password as my mobile was locked when I tried to change SIM card.
I managed to unlock the device using the unlock password but again Phone is asking me for another password.
I reset Anti-theft password Many times but no result.
I removed my Samsung Device from my profile on your Website but still phone is asking about password.
Please Help!

I resolved my issue when I tried to go through the process online again and I realized that the Unlock password was limited to 8 characters.  The password I entered was 10 characters.  So I tried to unlock it again using onnly the first 8 characters of the password I had originally used and it worked.
