Unspecified error - avgrsx.exe

On windows start I am getting message "Unspecified error occured in the following AVG component(s) - avgrsx.exe
Would you like to send an error report to AVG"

I keep clicking YES, but the message keeps popping up

And it takes forewer to fing the right place to post the problem. It can be much easier to finally reach this page

Bruno, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with diagnostic output (after dialog is displayed and before reporting error) using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) and please add detailed description of issue.

I tried to intall this tool, bit I got another message: Extracting files to C:\AVG_SysInfo folder
CRC failed in AVG_SysInfo.exe
Unexpected end of archive

I tried that link, and when I log in I get the message 'This forum is now read only'
