Error message re firewall

I recevie this error message when installing AVG Pro
Severity : Error
Error Code 0xC0070643
Additional message General internal error
Additional message: MSI Engine: Failed to install product
@AVGMSI_Error 27025
Setting of firewall registry keys failed (0xE001003D)
Context intsallation of AVG Core, MSI action failed

Any ideas please

I will take the someone to install option but when I go to the support page if gives me a $6 option

Hello John. To make it easier please follow the below mentioned instructions:

1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe.

2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
4) Second step is to use AVG BFE Fix tool. To download AVG BFE Fix Tool please click on the following link: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_BFEfix.exe .
5) Run the downloaded file, click Accept to confirm the license agreement, and then click Continue. Your computer will be automatically restarted.

To download, install and activate your AVG Protection program please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://bit.ly/1FKGRZI.

The removal tool fails to uninstall the product. Repair of product fails, reinstall of product fails, everything fails. The remover tool does not run after reboot... results: a trashed operating system
