AVG Antivirus has disappeared

I have both AVG 2015 and PC Tuneup products. In the last couple of days, my antivirus has been switched off. Presumably by some bug that has got into my PC.

However, when I try and reload it I get an error message saying AVG2015 is eitehr not designed to run on windows or contains an error. All my other attempts to restore antivirus are failing.

Has anyone else encountered this before. And does anyone have any suggestions for how I can sort it out.

Many thanks Steve

Hello Steve. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. May I know the exact error message you are getting while installing the product. Thank you

Hi Rajendra

the message reads

avgmfapx.exe-Bad Image
C:/Program Files(x86)/AVG/AVG2015/avccertx.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support

If I try and log onto AVG 2015,to try and get a reload,  I get the following message

C:/Program Files(x86)/AVG/AVG2015/avgui.exe
The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running. Check your computers systems information to see whether you need an x86(32-bit) or x64(64-bit) version of the program and then contact the software publisher

I can send screen shots if you provide an e mail address for forwarding items
