When I went to set up the second computer after downloading the trial prior to adding my Licence Number I got the error message code: 2753. How do I correct that?

The desktop already had Tune Up Utilities 2013 and it must of got corrupted, I tried to remove it as I had bought the disc at the same time, so tried to use that to reset it. It would not let it run as it stated that the version was already in the machine! I recently bought AVG PC TuneUp 2015, 3 computers to be loaded with it. I downloaded the trial version onto the desktop and then went and clicked on the panel that came up stating it was "preparing to remove the programme". another panel came up stating "The Installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2753" I had previously run the new TuneUp 2015 exactly the same way on my main computer and it ran a treat! Is the problem that all the previous programme on the desktop was not fully removed?
