Help needed regarding win/herz

The online shield told me my system was infected. I manually removed the programm but my computer is still having problems. I assume there are more infected items. The scan doesn't find anything though. How to solve this??

Yes, video's start running but during playing the video turns into what you can see on the picture attached and then stops playing. Online pictures start oke but when I look at more pictures they end up like this:
