AVG Free detecting possible ripper virus on new install of Windows 7

AVG keeps detecting a threat when doing a system scan, and it says it heals it.  On immediate rescan, it finds it again and heals it.  The third scan comes back clean.  But, wait a few minutes and scan again and it picks it back up.  It's at c:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe [4724].   I was very careful to only install drivers from a disc. some Windows updates, and only go on the internet to get Chrome and AVG, running a scan at each step.

After installing windows 7, I installed a few drivers and downloaded and ran AVG, and no threats.  I did some windows updates, no threats.  I did more windows updates, and now it finds this possible ripper.  This is the 3rd time I've installed windows trying to get rid of this, but I'm starting to think AVG is confused.  Malewarebytes doesn't find any threats.  Windows security scan doesn't find any threats.  Is this likely to be an error on AVG's detection or a valid threat?  This is a clean install....
