AVG Free, not working right

The Free version of AVG refuses to download all the way,and or upload the virus protection,and i dont want to have viruses,whats going on

Hello Debbie,
We regret to hear about the inconveniecne caused with AVG free installation. Please share the exact error message or error code you are receiving when you try to install to assist you better. Check for any conflicting anti virus applications are installed and remove them. Also please run AVG remover tool to remove any traces of AVG older versions and then try to install AVG Anti Virus free.
