Received message on one website.  Your connection is not private.  Does AVG protect me from my financial information from being stolen?

When I submitted my question I received a message that I was not approved to ask and that I had to contact the owner of the account who is me. Those are not the exact words but that is basically what it appeared to mean. After trying three or four times I Went to Chat to discuss my issue which was not resolved.
