How do I change the email address on my account?

How do I change the email address on my account? The email address I used when I purchased AVG internet security is no longer valid. I created a new account with a new email address but of course my product is not shown in the account.  I would appreciate a solution.

We regret for the inconvenience. We understand that you would like to change your email address and also created my account with the new email.
We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products. This issue will be fixed by our concern team soon.

To merge the account, Please let us know the two email address as a private message to assist further.

You can check the details in your new AVG My account , since We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.
