I bought and have installed a 1-Year AVG Ultimate subscription which will expire on Nov 2018. Few days ago, my TuneUp license embedded into the Ultimate package reverted to Trial. Since then, there is no way to update it to a full Pro status. I contacted the AVG support and after a painful and never ending remote session, the isue is still there.
