Ever since the update to AVG Free 2017 I have not been able to run a Daily Schedule. It simply will not start. The computer is not in sleep or hibernation mode. I have run a daily scan for many years without any problems until the latest update. I have tried removing AVG and reinstalling but get the same results. I am able to schedule a "Once" scan but not "Daily".
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Since you have already tried the reinstallation, we request you to provide us the necessary log files of AVG for which we have sent the email instructions. Please check for the email on spam, junk and inbox folders.
