Hello Frank,

Thank you for the information.
The schedule scan option will be available in the scan settings of the 2017 version.
Please be informed that the scan timeframe depends on the number of files present on your hard drive, Thorough scanning enabled and the performance of your computer.
If you couldn't find the schedule scan option the 2017 version please do let us know.

Hello Frank,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the version that you are using for AVG, is it 2016 or 2017?

17.2.3419.0  I have been using AVG for years.  A few days ago an AVE rep connected to my system and installed Ultimate.  In the past, after a scheduled scan I was able to click on Reports to see the results of the scan.  I no longer have that option.  Also, in the past I was able to display when Visur updates were applied.  I no longer have that option.  Also in the past my Scheduled scans would run for about 20-25 minutes.  Today me scheduled scan ran for hours.  I can not find any of the basic functions that I had in the past.

I don't understand why since the upgrade by AVG to Ultimate I am having trouble doing very basic tasks.  For instance before the upgrade I was able to click on REPORTS and was able to see the results of a Scheduled Scan.  What was found and how long it ran.  No such function exists now or if it does I can't find it.  Also, before the upgrade my Scheduled Scans would run for about 20 minutes.  Now the Scheduled Scan runs for hours and there has not been any change in volume as before the upgrade.  Before the upgrade I was able to display when the last AVG update occurred.  Now there is no wat to display this.  How do I know that I am up to date?  I must say that I am very disapointed with the user frendlyness of this new version.  I also have spent several days submitting these issues to AVG support and have not received any solutions to my questions.  VERY DISAPPOINTED.  Where is the Tool Bar that was there before the upgrade?

Hello Frank,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please be informed that we have upgraded the Interface for AVG Ultimate, AVG Internet Security - Unlimited & AVG PC TuneUp - Unlimited and made some major modifications. You will not be able to use it as before but the protection remains the same. If you are able to view "You are protected" in the AVG Internet Security Interface, it confirms that your Computer is fully protected. We are sorry that you are facing issues in Scheduled Scan & Reports, please do not worry, I will now forward this to my higher officials and you will get your issue fixed in next update of our Software.
Thank you. Joyson, AVG Customer Care.

Hello Frank,
Presently we have no option to view the scan log's on the AVG program. Our developers are working on resolving it and it will be added on upcoming update's.
Thank you.

There are no results.  And the scheduled scan option does not work.  I have it set to run on a certain day and time but never takes off.
It is frustrating!
