I think I know the source of the threat.  My service provider downloaded a link whereby they could work on my computer should I have problems again (had to have email reconfigured).  I do not want to upgrade to Windows 10 /Internet Explorer. until I absolutely have to.   Will installing new I.E. remove the prevent the pop-up warning?

Have contacted by Server and they confirm that the only way I can rid myself of this issue is to install
I.E. Explorer 10.  I prefer to keep I.E. 7 as long as I can...so I assume that I will have to live with this
issue.
