WHY?
I paid for the year, until 2018 March, I attach a payment invoice.

Thank you for e-mail, but I want to cancel AVG PC TuneUP,  I don't like this program. If it's possible, I would ve much like my own money back.
But i use very well AVG Internet Security, and also paid many for one year until Marsh 2018.

Unfortunately, I have to turn the dispute into claim.
Please refund me in full asap.
You have promised me full  refund of money for item purchased from you, but you have not done it yet. Can I ask you why? When do you do the refund?
You only send me e-mail, and not receive answer from me.
