Removing AVG clear from screen

Due to some technical issue i unable to install free version of avg.
after guiding by one of your executive i uninstall avg using avg clear.
but now avg clear show on all boot time.
for same your executive taken diagnose report of my system it has been more than 10 day but reply from your team.

Thank you for providing us the Screenshot. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Don't worry, we will definitely help you with it. Please Login Windows 8 and then perform the below steps to resolve your issue :
1. Press "Windows Key" and "R" to goto the Run command.
2. Please type "msconfig" and press "OK"
3. A Window will appear, please goto the "Boot" tab
4. Under the Boot Tab you will find your Operating System i.e Windows 8 and the AVG Anti virus Clear
5. Right Click on the AVG Anti Virus Clear and delete the file.
