Hello,

I represent GameNet technical support service (www.gamenet.ru). We are designed an application QGNA for our customers (over 10 000 000 people) for game launch. 

When our users use Avast Antivirus(Free, premium or any other version) on Windows 10, we got unusual block. Our players can't connect to game (Aika2 - http://www.aika2.ru) server and can't view player profiles in BattleCarnival(https://battlecarnival.ru).

Thanks. It's only my mistake :) We got same issue with AVG, i just forget to change antivirus :)

Please submit the issue here: https://secure.avg.com/submit-sample .
You can add the QGNA application file or folder in AVG exclusion list so that it will not block the application again.

Our developers will analyze the files and white-list it.

We are trying to add folders to AVG exclusion list - no results. We are already try to off all function AVG, same - no results.
