Mike Kypriotis Unable to Remove AVG Antivirus/ZEN
Been using AVG Free non-stop for like 2 years now. Started acting funny after the new auto-update (showing errors everytime cause the webplugin wasnot supported by firefox, or slowing PC a lot and then not showing in quick-access bar etc.) thus wished to remove it,
-tried from 'Programs & Features' got a hex error,
-tried from the avg remover tool from AVG site, says ok but most stuff stayed there (and further executions just says 'Cannot find anything' and if choose 'Continue Anyway' makes a log listing the stuff it could not found for deletion),
-tried with Revo Unistaller like someone said will work on your forums, entry from 'Programs & Features' got removed but most of stuff stayed (likethe C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG\ folder, entries in services and startup list which i cannot remove or disable like the 'AVG Software Analyzer' originating from 'C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG\Antivirus\x64\aswidsagenta.exe')
Been 3 days already experimenting and trying but no luck. Plz help....

If the tool doesn't work, please download a different tool from the link: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe and try removing the AVG traces from the PC.
