AVG Wont let Hamachi Work

I don't know who to go to for this problem, so I decided to go to the one that caused the problem. Ever since the new update 4/24/2017 an application that I run call Hamachi doesn't allow others to connect to me through the VPN. I ran a diagnoses through both applications (AVG & Hamachi) both say it has something to do with the firewall settings. I tried adding multiple application under Hamachi's installation file but hamachi keeps on saying...

local results:
    Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings

Now I did some research and found out that I'm suppose to allow "TCP port 443 traffic" which I cant find how to even though I looked through ever paragraph of the Help section. Hamachi was working perfectly fine until AVG updated. So what went wrong?!?!?!?!??

Hello Bill,
We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused, please check after changing the Firewall settings. Please follow the instructions to change the Firewall settings : Open AVG Zen -> Internet Security -> Click on "Menu" in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the networks from "Public" to "Private" (If it is in "Private", change it to "Public")
Please let us know if you still face the issues after changing the settings. Thank you.

Farhan,
I suggest you to change the firewall network profile from "Public" to "Private" and check if that fixes the issue. To change this settings, please open the AVG Internet Security and click on Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Network profile.

Also, please Enable all the System Rules under Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Policies.

I recently had this problem when I started using Himachi again with AVG Ultimate and found that you need to add a "packet rules" named Himachi, Action - Allow, Protocol - All (probably could limit to TCP or UDP but decided not to try), Direction - In/Out, Address - blank. This is to be set on all computers accessing the Himachi network. This is under AVG Menu> Settings> Components> Enhanced Firewall > Policies.

Himachi dedicates a specific IP address to each client so you can enter each client in the Address column but they would require multiple entries and I found it was not necessary. All my network settings are set to "Private."
