AVG Ultimate Console Problems

I finally managed to upgrade to AVG Ultimate with the help of tech support and it seemed to be working okay on my Windows 10 PC. I also have my mobile phone and a tablet included on the console network. I have run scans on my android devices and all seems well there. However, when I go onto the console both devices are showing a warning that no scans have been carried out and that there is no anti-theft protection when this is not the case. If I open the antivirus it says IN PROGRESS and Last scan : Not run yet. Anybody else with this problem?

Hello Malcolm,
We are sorry that AVG Zen shows that scan has not ran in Android device. Please try to repair AVG Zen in the PC using below instrctions and check if it resolves your issue.
Here are the instructions:
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
2. Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select 'AVG' in the list of programs.
4. Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
5. Select Repair.
Please update the status after repairing AVG Zen so that we can assist you better.

I had already done that and it didn't help. The tablet now seems have sorted itself out but one phone says the last scan was 2 months ago and  the virus updates were 2 months ago, which isn't the case. The other phone is now reporting the last scan to have been 6 hours ago which is now correct but it is showing anti-theft as not protected which is not the case. I guess I shall have to wait and see if time sorts it out. Not very good though.
