I purchased the AVG Ultimate last year and today my laptop says that AVG is the FREE version, but the other PC's on the ZEN network is still on the PRO version. How can I check when the license will expire? I tried logging in and checking there, but there is only a "next billing date".

We are sorry that your AVG Ultimate has downgraded to AVG Free Anti virus in your PC. We have checked your account and it seems that you have purchased AVG Ultimate multidevice (1 year subscription) good till 6/8/2018. So please try to reactivate AVG Ultimate using the steps provided in this article http://avgread.me/1HOjOxZ .
