wont work

am i the only one having a problem with my subscription. the problem is that even tho i have one, it wont be activated when i log in

Hello Frederik,

I am sorry to hear this.
Actually you have to first log out from the AVG my account from the program interface.
Please open AVG interface and click on "Menu-->About-->Subscription"
You will have option as "Log out account", please click on it.
Once logged out you will get option as to "enter license number"
Please click on it and enter the license number that you have purchased for AVG Internet Security.

I am sorry to hear that you have been facing issue with the activation of AVG. Are you getting any error message when trying to activate the program? Please share us a screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of your AVG dashboard to check and assist you better.

Frederik, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

as u can see i now have the free version, but im logged in on my acc, and i still have a subscription :D

Hello Frederik,

I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Internet Security. Please follow the below steps to activate the AVG AntiVirus free you have installed to the pro version:

* Open AVG AntiVirus Free
* Click on Menu->About->Subscriptions->Enter the license number
* Enter the license number you have purchased and this will activate the product to AVG Internet Security.
* You will get a prompt to restart the computer, please restart and check if everything works fine.

I have emailed you the license number you have in your account. Please activate the product using the license number and that should fix the issue.

mine is in danish and everytime i click on about and then license agreement i go 2 this adress and i cant see a spot to enter my license number.
