AVG internet security, new lay out horror

When AVG tells me 18.06 : looks good, no threads found (translated from Dutch) it also mentions Last computerscan 24 days ago. Virus definition one day ago, so there is some calender????
In the old lay out it was clear where to find the latest report of the scan by date, and number of items scanned. Now you name the scan @Avgscan-Scheduled-scan, but where to find the report?

AVG does not make me happy (after years of paid version). AVG.nl says: Ah you bought it .com, we are only the sellers and cannot use .com data. Complicated when ordering and late to find out.
Tune up also new layout. AVG Driver update I removed, (it had stopped functioning) and  because it was blocked by Malwarebytes as PUP.
Looking forward to your reply, thanks, regards Jan van Putten

Hello Jan,

I can understand your concern. The latest interface of AVG is modified to make the program more simpler and easier to use.

Scan Report files are saved in one of the following locations in the latest version of AVG:

Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista: C:\ProgramData\AVG\Antivirus\report
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVG\Antivirus\report

This is not an answer, but a repeated question you did not reply.

when 18.06  I open AVG security (paid version) it says Last computer scan 24 days ago
but the recent report is dated 18.06.
How to correct this, that is the question

Thanks, Karthikeyan,
Yes, I found the reports where suggested. Only simpler and easier to use, is definitely not my opinion, rather the contrary.
Ok, you may not want to go into the other points, not for a forum, but this is the only place I know to get ananswer from AVG, sorry for you.
But how about the mysterious dates?. The report 18.06 was there, but the layout still tells me: Last scan 24 days ago. Can I correct that, where is the missing link?
Please advise, thanks, JvP

Hello Jan,

I am sorry for the inconvenience. The incorrect dates from the interface must be caused due to the synchronization error. Please run AVG repair(avgclick.me/RepairAVG) from control panel and check if that fix the issue. If the problem persists, please send us the screenshot of the same, so I can escalate this to the senior team in your behalf.

Jan,
I regret for the inconvenience caused. AVG User Interface shows only Last scan run data(only if you press "Scan Computer" floating button) and not Scheduled Scans or any other smart scans. However, in the next release of AVG 2017 the quick scan, deep scan and full comp scan or scheduled scan should be reported too.
Our developers are working on to change it as soon as possible and released via update.
I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Thank you.

Jan,
To post an image, please click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & you'll see 'Upload Image' Maximum size 1 MB. Only png, gif or jpeg.
Thank you.

As you mentioned above, it is "normal" that date of last scan is of the " handmade" and not the Scheduled one as saved in the file you gave me.
Thanks, but I'll call it a day, no screenprint, it would only prove that you are right..................however I made scans by hand. The 24 days most likely go back to pre New Outlay days, you may check it.
Thanks for trying to explain, for me the bottom line is : With AVG suprises included (see my remark about Driver Updater, I saw in the reactions below I am not the only one who deleted the programme)
Looking forward to the next update, kind regards Jan van Putten. THE END.

Hello Jan,

We assure you that if the scan was done by clicking on " scan computer" option on the interface then it will be updated correctly.
If it doesn't update, do let us know we will proceed further in fixing it.
Regarding AVG Driver Updater, please explain the issue that you were facing.
Please be informed that the virus definitions database will vary for each antivirus company.
MalwareBytes thought that AVG Driver Updater is PUP "Potentially Unwanted Program" and we have to report this to Malwarebytes saying that it is necessary program to update the outdated drivers.
Also it is not recommended to use two antivirus program on the same PC. It will consume more CPU usage and there will regular conflict with the program inturn the protection of the PC will get affected.
You can add the AVG Driver Updater to exception list of MalwareBytes and continue using it.
