What is the cause/and solution for the AVG Detection of IDP.HELU.RSH6 threat that I get at least five times a day. When I click Protect Me AVG Dialog reports it has no solution and appears not to remove the threat.

Please be informed that we are performing a major migration from 2016 to 2017 version. We are performing this has mandatory update and planning to maintain the 2017 as a standard version. Hence please remove AVG 2016 version as per the steps mentioned in this article ( http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 ). Then reinstall AVG Free Antivirus 2017 as per the steps mentioned in this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Free ). 今年5月のRansomware Pandemicの時に感染し、以来私も同じ現象を確認しています。
このvirusはwindows起動直後に動作し(おそらくrootcuit付近に存在している)、
一定時間おきにre-activationするタイプの挙動を確認しています。
AVGではwindows起動直後の挙動についてはブロックし削除できているのですが、
re-activationした際の挙動についてはrootcuitにファイル(もしくはディレクトリ)がgenerateされるため
削除できず、根本的解決には至っておりません。
AVG Technologies様、どうか根本的解決の方法をご教示願えますでしょうか。
