Please provide the screenshot of the message that you get from AVG.
To take a screenshot please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV and attach the image to this post.

I've got exactly the same thing. Here's my screenshot:
AVG virus lab notification

Nothing on the notification is "clickable", so it's been sitting there for the past five minutes. It's blocking access to the system tray, so I can't even try disabling AVG. It's now eating up my work time and it looks as though I'll have to re-start the computer. Not good enough.

I am having the exact same problem. Yesterday while installing a program, an AVG pop-up kept coming up on the lower right o my screen letting me know the software was from an unknown publisher. The ony wa aI found to get rid of it was to click the I Trust This (or something like that). Now I have two pop-ups telling me the file is clean. But I can't get rid of them???? They pop over everything?????

Hello Jim,

I regret for the inconvenience caused. Please disable AVG temporarily in your computer and restart your computer. Once the computer restarts, please enable AVG Protection and check if everything works fine normally. If you get this pop-up from AVG again, please contact us back with the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the pop-up and we will escalate this case to the senior team.

To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection". Please click on the same and disable AVG Protection.
