Error 0xE001003D

Hi, when I try to install AVG Protection there is a problem with the initiation for to install. The error is 0xE001003D with description Event exec_finished. I don´t know what it mean and how can I give a solution to this problem. Somebody can help me?

hi ann once you install it try restarting you computer it should be fine !!!

I tried it, but nothing. I think it never finish the instalation, because the problem is the initiation of the instalation. The version I have works with an disk, it´s a pay version.

I saw that page before (http://avgread.me/1NnQVIC), and I come until HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE  but the folder AVG do not exist.
