VPN not showing

I have upgraded to the free 30 day trial for VPN and received email confirmation, however, I can't see anything on AVG dashboard relating to VPN.

My AVG is showing a message I have privacy issues, when I click on to resolve, the links are referring me back to the free trial screen

Peter, I request you to open AVG Internet Security as in the screenshots. You will find a home button on the top left corner of the AVG Internet Security Window. Please click on that home button, an AVG Zen/dashboard will be appear, look for the AVG Secure VPN, if it's not installed, you can click on that AVG Secure VPN button > click try for 30 days and also look for your email address on the top right corner of the AVG Dashboard, if not there then please click connect/connected button > login to an existing network and enter your AVG MyAccount credential.
Best regards,
Alok.

Peter,

Thank you for providing the screenshots. You are looking for AVG Secure VPN in Internet Security Interface. Please click the Home button in the top left corner. The AVG Zen console will get open. There you can click AVG Secure VPN tile and activate the trial version.

Thanks for setting up VPN, however, since setting up VPN some websites are not loading, is this due to my IP address being blocked?
AvinashAvinash (Avast)
Peter,
Please be informed that you may not be able to access the websites blocked or restricted by law when connected via Secure VPN. Some service providers also block VPN traffic, the major being Netflix. This is an issue on provider’s side and we cannot influence it.

I tried to follow your instructions but I really don't find any home button on the top left corner of the AVG Internet Security Window. What can I do?

I signed up for the VPN on a 60 day free trial.First thing to happen, download is for a 32 bit machine. I have 64 bit.. Looked on the comminity Q&A found a link to get the 64 bit version. Loaded that then it goes to the VPN screen and says turn it on. I do that and get another screen saying you must buy the program. Funny that since I have a 60 day FREE trial. Not going to bother with AVG VPN if its impossible to use a free trial version.

Allan,
Sorry for the trouble, open AVG Secure VPN -> click on home icon at the top left which will open AVG management console (AVG Zen) -> check if you have connect option at the top right corner. If so, click on it and enter your email credentials to activate your trial version. If you have your email address, log out and log back in. We are here if you need further help.
