Bruno Barbieri Avz Zen and Avg Protection Problem
Hello guys!
I have two problems with AVG ZEN and AVG Protection:
1- I install AVG Zen (no problem)
2- Then I install AVG Free (no problem)
3- Then, everytime I log this device with AVG Free to my AVG Zen network as Admin. As soon as I do it, it starts to update and when it finishes it changes from AVG Free to AVG Internet Security without asking if I want. Also, it seems that the internet security is just the layout, as the features of it remains the same that are availabe on the free version. However it says on AVG ZEN that is will expires in 30 days.
Other problem is AVG ZEN with Avg WebTune Up:
1- I instal AVG WebTune Up.
2- If Chrome is default browser, I follow the install procedure and no problem happens.
3- If Firefox is default, I click on the restart browser button on AVG ZEN, it opens the firefox browser, installs the plugin successfully, but the restart browser alert in AVG ZEN keeps showing as a Yellow Circle. Even if it is installed successfuly. Only if I change the default browser to Chrome it becomes green.
How to solve this probem too?

Thank you so much for elaborating the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would like to keep you informed that AVG ZEN is the interface to install certain AVG programs. Please note that 'trial' version of AVG programs have limited validity. Once the 'trial' period is over, the program will automatically be changed to AVG Free. Regarding the issue related to AVG Web Tune Up, I would like to keep you informed that AVG Web Tune up is currently supported only for 'Chrome' browser and does not support for other web browsers. This is a known bug that is being solved by our developers. It has P1 (high) priority so it should be fixed soon. Please note that your device is FULLY protected even without Web Tune up component.
