Malwarebytes Free Anti-Exploit

I currently use AVG Internet Security 2016 on Windows 7, alongside the free (passive) version of Malwarebytes Anti Malware without any conflict. I may also want to download Malwarebytes Free Anti-Exploit for added protection against zero day exploits, as AVG did once let one exploit through some months ago. Could you please advise me whether the free version of Malwarebytes Anti Exploit will conflict with any part of AVG Internet Security, especially the online shield and resident shield functions of AVG? Many thanks.

Hello Bernard,
We certainly understand your concern.
We like to inform you that, it is not recommended to install to two Antivirus program on same system. It will conflict with other Antivirus programs installed on your system.
Please feel free to get back to us for further assistance.
Thank you.

Bernard, The 'paid for' version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware does conflict with AVG (http://avgclick.me/ConflictingApps) whereas the 'free version' is OK. There may not be much experience of Malwarebytes Free Anti-Exploit & AVG working together around. Perhaps an enquiry with Malwarebytes may prove helpful. The website write up states "Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit wraps four layers of security around popular browsers, preventing exploits from compromising vulnerable code. Not an antivirus, but compatible with most antivirus, Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit is a small, specialized shield designed to protect you against one of the most dangerous forms of malware attacks. And it's free".

Hi Gulam and Alan,
Many thanks for your fast responses. I may well contact Malwarebytes to see if they have any experience of running it alongside AVG. The one thing I was concerned about was whether their anti exploit shield might conflict with AVG's online shields. Do you know if AVG Internet Security is also designed to protect against zero day exploits? I do appreciate that no anti virus program can ever be 100% effective all the time, hence my desire to consider Malwarebytes Anti Exploit.

Hello Bernard,
We certainly understand your concern.
Please be informed that if you install AVG along with Full version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware contains resident part which causes operating system to freeze with active AVG Resident Shield. This issue occurs when both components are running simultaneously.
Thank you fro your understanding.

Hi Gulam,
Thanks for above information. As stated, I currently use the free version of Malwarebytes anti malware with my AVG Internet Security, but your comment concerning the full version highlighted my concern as to whether the Malwarebytes Anti Exploit program would conflict with the AVG Resident Shield - from what you say above it appears that it might do so.
Can you confirm whether AVG Internet Security does currently protect against zero day exploits, as I am still unsure whether it now does offer this protection. Once again, many thanks for your assistance.

Bernaud,
