Inline hook ntoskrnl.exe

This afternoon my AVG AntiVirus Free on Windows 10 performed an update and ran its normal schedule scan afterwards.  It picked a threat called Inline hook ntoskrnl.exe which it was unable to resolve.  I ran several subsequent scans and the virus was not found despite AVG saying that the original issue was not resolved.  It only ever appeared in that one scan immediately after the update.

Now I'm not sure what to do and whether this is a major concern or not.

Here is an attached image of the threat details.

What's the point of these threads if you don't provide any answers to questions?
Balasubramanian SBalasubramanian S (Avast)
Hello James,

If customers get 0xC0070643 Description: event exec finished error message for AVG installation the first thing we request is to run AVG remover tool and install the program again and if the issue persists we send the email instructions to get our additional support.  Our additional support will try to fix this and if they couldn't they will escalate this to our level two technical team.

I got the exact same error last night with a different hex code.  Am I to understand that total removal of AVG and then reinstall will resolve this?

@ Paul Ellison
Paul, Balasubramanian (AVG Technologies) was replying to a general comment made by user James B. What install error code & message are you actually seeing?.
AVG Guru
Paul EllisonPaul Ellison
Exactly the same as the image posted by Kevin Donovan - with exception that the hex code after the > is 0xFFFFF80105247F56.  Unresolved.

@ Paul Ellison
Paul, So you're referring to the Inline hook ntoskrnl.exe issue & not an 0xC0070643 Description: event exec finished install problem?.
AVG Guru
