This afternoon my AVG AntiVirus Free on Windows 10 performed an update and ran its normal schedule scan afterwards. It picked a threat called Inline hook ntoskrnl.exe which it was unable to resolve. I ran several subsequent scans and the virus was not found despite AVG saying that the original issue was not resolved. It only ever appeared in that one scan immediately after the update.
Now I'm not sure what to do and whether this is a major concern or not.
